Vitamin C, containing rosehips, citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin and rutin. Take 4,000 mgs in divided doses (1,000 mgs 4 times per day). The best combination of vitamin C to take is 1,000 mgs of a supplement containing rosehips, citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin and rutin, and to take 3,000 mgs of sodium ascorbate. Sodium ascorbate is a combination of powdered ascorbic acid crystals and baking soda. Most ascorbic acid contains 1,000 to 1,200 mgs of vitamin C for 1/4 teaspoon. Mix equal amounts of ascorbic acid and baking soda, and then add filtered water. If you get loose stools by taking 4,000 mgs per day you might need to start with less and gradually increase it - only increase the amount every 5 days. Vitamin C Dose: Take at total of 4,000 mgs per day; the best combination is 1,000 mgs of supplement and 3,000 mgs of sodium ascorbate. " I found a brand in Australia that petty much covers it, called " Bio C " by Blackmores. I also ordered Natural Factors " C Extra 500mg " (with 500mg Bioflavanoids), before I found the Blackmores product. Hope this helps.
