Guest guest
Somewhere in the files is a home test that involved drinking water with baking soda in it and you see if you burp, it tells you if you have too much or too little stomach acid. I don't remember the name of the file and I can't find it right now. I had problems with digestion and I solved it several months ago with magnesium supplements and digestive enzymes. But now there's been a change and those supplements aren't working for me anymore. When I eat I feel like I've swallowed a rock, it takes a long time to go through me. I am constipated. I also am getting a little bit of reflux. I would like to try that test, I think it might help me figure it out. I tried taking less of the digestive enzyme and of the magnesium, it helps a little bit but I am having trouble finding the right balance again. I tried not taking anything, but that didn't work either. Does this have to do with low thyroid ??? Thank you, Tamara
