Guest guest
I see that you say to avoid foods with Iodine in it. I have thyroid problems and do not need to have foods with iodine in it so I am wondering what I should avoid. I tried to look in the files for anything on Iodine but did not see it. If it is there I over looked it. Thanks for the help and sorry I am asking so many quesitons. Theresa
Guest guest
Hi Theresa, I don't think we have a food list file with info regarding Iodine levels. Do a web search and see what you can find out for yourself. Iodine occurs naturally in many foods that are good for you...it's not that you should avoid those...Bee has always recommended that there is no need to add Iodine as a additional dietary supplement. jackie > > I see that you say to avoid foods with Iodine in it.
