Guest guest
Dear , I don't know how long you have been on this diet, but I want to give you hope that you can enjoy it. Once you get over your cravings and get used to the food, it can be really delicious. I enjoy cooking and I enjoy trying new foods. This diet puts an emphasis on fresh natural foods and you can't get any better than that. It is difficult sometimes to socialize, as most people eat foods off the diet. Almost all my friends are vegetarians, and that makes it particualrly difficult. I thought recently to have them come to my home for a meal of vegetables and deviled eggs, which I make pretty well. It also helps to find non-food activities to share with friends. Good luck, Tamara --- wrote: From: " shelleypaul1 " <sritchie@...> Subject: Testing Hi Bee, Thanks to your advice I refrained from the alcohol this weekend. I am just so depressed feeling as if there is nothing to look forward to. As people we socialize through meals, and it seems I will never be able to have the foods I enjoy. __________________________________ - PC Magazine Editors' Choice 2005 http://mail.
