Sorry, Chriss...have you had this checked out? do you know what is causing the

problems? do your hands also swell? my do. since it's gotten really cold here,

the swelling has gotten worse. that's weird isn't it?

what kind of art are you into? i'm an artist as well. I'm an abstract

expressionalist. In the past, I've used oil pastels, charcoal, oils,

paper...can't get the hang of watercolors to save my soul. I also used to do

stained glass...love it!

i've been into photography for many years now. i am trying to learn technique so

I can use my photography to do abstract art.

I have thought about studying art therapy in grad school when I get my

bachelor's. It has helped me work through a lot of stuff that I have difficulty

expressing.

My husband is also an artist...graphic art...also photography. he and I

collaberate on a lot of our photography projects.

take care. hugs, sheila

Yes, mine do this as well, so do my toes.

I have also lost alot of coordination and strength

in my hands. Which stinks because I am an

artist...

I have a hard time grasping now.

Chriss.

HI, mostly textile arts for me. I do stained glass as well as hand made

ceramic tile. I have swelling primarily in the morning, but this occurs

when I exercise too. I have asked, and my doc says its just related

to having slower body processes. I dont sweat much when I work

out, so I imagine that is what the fluid build up is.

It takes a while for it to go away. Maybe some of it is related

to liver stuff. I don't remove toxins well. I don't know why exactly

but, I have to be careful not to take too much of anything. It seems

to stay in my system forever!

Hi Chriss, well, my mom also does textile arts, and we both do stained glass. It

does take a lot of precision. You need a very steady hand, and if your hands are

swollen, it does make it very difficult. do your hands and fingers get kinda

numb sometimes and tingly? my used to but that seems to be better. take care,

sheila

have you ever tried digestive enzymes that may help with

breaking down your food before it gets to your liver/kidneys.
