Guest guest
Audrey, (if that`s REALLY your name!) You must understand, I don`t take things seriously enough . I find humor in EVERYTHING and it offends some. I laugh a LOT more than most. My kids will attest to that, they were raised to understand from where I`m coming. Dennis is confused by me or would be if he knew me. Jerry ( if that`s REALLY my name)
Guest guest
Jerry, Isn't that funny I used Dennis to describe you last night. I guess I'm a better judge of character than I thought. I am a football fan. How about you? Personally I'm not diggin' Dennis as a part of Monday Night Football. He is great at being a comedian, but when taken out of that element he tries too hard and is just not funny. You wit is very similar. No one enjoys a laugh more than me, but there is alot of prednisone flying around this place and you never know when someone will blow. I once pulled over a school bus for speeding. I am not a cop. Just a mom with an attitude. I'm no longer taking steroids but I had my license photo taken during my moon face. Well yesterday I had a little fender bender and when giving the gentleman who has the damage my license he laughed hysterical. An told me how awful I looked and how I should get a new photo. Did I split his lip?????? No, remember I no longer take the steroids. How lucky was he. Anger management was a big issue with the steroids, but that has passed. Although I am one of the most sensitive people you will ever meet and get my feelings hurt very easy. So as long as you use your gift for gab for good and not evil we will be great friends. I happen to receive dirty jokes from friends I will pass them along privately. Guest guest
jerry, tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches are comfort food for me. my ma (grandmother) who raised me would have that a night a week and on those cold loney maine nights that sure did hit the spot. now i find my own children feeding their children that at times. so it is good to see it hold over and down through the ages. comfort food for me also is browned hamburgher with lots of onions, and green peppers fried in it. that and mashed potatoes were great. i got a million of them. dont do much cooking any longer, cooking for one is NO fun. but did get to go visit with my son and family a week ago and i did the cooking. felt good to get back into the hand of it and to hear my son and his wife and mother in law say " boy, this is good, give gina (daughter in law) the receipe. " thank god gina likes me. enought of my soap box. hope your doing as well as can be expected. linda satx
Guest guest
Thanks for the thoughts. I guess I never considered those that are " comfort foods " Let me mull it over and get back . ( Of course it used to be 8oz. 0f V.O. over 3 ice cubes in a double rocks glass--- but that`s not really food I suppose) jerry

Guest guest
joan using my sense of humor to help someone else is my sole " raison d`etre " (is that redundant?) I`ve seen 1st hand (and painfully too, i might add) what an explosion of prednisone can do and I`m scared. From now on I`ll try to be as careful as I can but I get carried away with myself sometimes. I wish to harm NO ONE. I`ve not yet seen MNF with . I like college football better. I really like baseball more--have been an Indians fan all my life and though I`ve haven`t played in years, -for various reasons-I am an avid golf lover.A gentleman`s game. jerry Jerry, Isn't that funny I used Dennis to describe you last night.
