Kyolic Garlic How much do you take?

I want to know how much of the Garlic tablets are you suppose to take a

daily. also if you have congestion or Sinus infection how much of the

Kyolic Garlic tablets shoud you take? I just have been taking a couple

a day for the past week or more and am wonderig if I am taking too much

becuase I have been having a lot of suffiness and runny noses and feel

congested in my chest more in the past two week or so. I know it is

also allergy season here and a lot of people I know are having sinus

problems but would like to know if I am taking too much or too little

on as daily dose and what is the best dose for a sinus infection or

runny nose or cold?
