Interesting...thanks. I've always bruised easily, even when I wasn't taking

anti-inflammatories.

i'm sure for years i didn't get enough omega 3s....never knew there was a

connection. good to know. thanks,

thanks for that. i've always eaten lots of spinich, broccoli, and

cauliflower...veggies in general. now am making sure to COOK goitrogenic (can't

spell) foods first. not eating an much of them though. sheila

-I know after I read this I had to laugh--most of us can't eat this

stuff unless we steam it a lot!!! uggg this illness!!!!
