Oh! Poor M - she's so young and to have to deal with all this is a shame. Wish

she could just concentrate on being a college student.... Thankfully, she has a

Mom who truly has her best interests at heart and is working so hard to get her

well!

I too found Gail's site extremely informative - the information there is

wonderful, as Sheila mentioned it'll take a while to go through it all. I now

KNOW I have adrenal issues and knowing is part of the battle.

take care,

Tina, if she is at 60 mg of Armour it is too little. All the vitamins in

the world won't help if she is not on the right dose. Sounds like she

needs more thyroid.

I took tons of supplements for 30 years----they only kept me barely alive.

She should simply try some extra Armour. If she feels worse then she needs

cortef. It is not a real complicated deal!!!!! You don't even need to

test!!!! These medicines really work.

In my experience, self-treating, I needed to get the right dose of Armour

right away to feel well. But she might need real adrenal meds once she has

real thyroid meds. There is a big difference between OTC glandulars and

meds.
