Hello Tina and thanks so much for your replies, you have helped alot.. I really

appreiacate all your replies..I am very worried about my liver . i am not sure

why it is doing what it is doing.. I do not drink any alcolol or nothin., I do

eat fatty foods, i cant lie about that girl.. lol- But i do exercise all the

time.. I am trying to lose more weight.. I have done really good so far but it

seem my body took a time out because lately i havent noticed any loss.. I am on

pills for my sugar highness.. doc told me i have diabetes now.. oh joy oh joy...

I love being on armour.. it helps me alot.. I just cant understand why I am so

tired all the time.. It may be that I have my days and nights mixed up.. me and

my hubby stay up until 5-6am and dont get out of bed until 2-3pm. sometimes

4pm,, I think that may be some of the problem.. but I am not sure.. Let me ask

you this.. will I die because of my liver being like this>>? How do I find out

how damaged my liver really is.? doctor has tested

me for hep a,b,c and I am fine on those tests.. what other illnesses result to

the liver,, do you know? and you said something about another thyrod issue but I

just totally forgot what you said.. (adunale problems)) ?? I forgot.. anyways if

you know what I am talking about. what exacty does tha mean? what do I need to

do on that>?> is 90mg enough to take on armour.. I was wondering would it be

okay to add some cytomel 25 mg to the 90 mg of armour. with the tsh result I

sent to you what do you think would be a good idea or not..? I think the tsh was

4.32.. I cant remember at all girl.. well honey thanks so much for all your help

and I hope things are okay for you.. Keisha

going to have to take a lot

of change to get you as well as can be expected. And most of this is

on you. If you do everything right it could still take a year to a

few years to get better and you still could have lingering problems.

You are on the verge of diabetes or already have it--both your tests

indicate this is a strong possibility.

You have too much fat in your blood steam --could be liver is not

digesting the fat and or you are eating way too much fat.

You have liver problems which is why you are so ill-- You also have

thyroid problems not as bad as you thought though---just t4 is low-

Increasing your Armour to 90 mgs is a good start from 60 mgs. that

you take now. I would listen to when she suggested you try and

increase it. If you are getting sicker from taking more than you

know you also have adrenal problems as well----

and that means you will have to take adrenal glandulars as well as

supplements to heal the adrenals

If you feel worse on Armour one of the synthetics may work better for

you, since it looks like you are converting t4 into t3 well enough.

(but I would suggest staying on armour)

Your untreated thyroid disease can cause all of this as well as some

other illnesses you may have because of the liver involvement.

But I don't want you to freak out you can improve but you are going

to have to really work at it and I mean really work at it.

You will have to go on a LOW fat diet---(the reason Adkins made you

sicker is because your liver cannot handle all that fat and protein-

it can't digest it ) NO SUGAR at all----I can't promise you can

reverse your possible diabetes but you can improve it if you lose

weight---which you have to do because of you HIGH triglycerides---

as for your liver it is utmost that it gets better---milk thistle

every day and well as a lot of vitamin C---these are the two most

important things for the liver as well as only water and veggies.

NO ALCOHOL

lots of fresh veggies, lean protein, fish, pork, chicken and very

little red meat---brown rice is the only carb you should have besides

veggies---you have go on a strict diet to lose weight, get the fat

out of your body, heal your liver and reduce your insulin problem---

Look at all the symtoms of the liver---you may have many other

conditions that I suspect---

Your doctor may already want you on insulin and you may have to go on

it--but you can still diet to get better.

Your liver is the utmost organ that you have to be concerned about---

and anything that strains the liver will only make you extremely sick-

---

I hope your doctor talked to you about all of this----The best doctor

for all of these problems would be a homopath---

Juicing veggies is also a way to heal the liver---

sorry it took me a week to get back to you--this is just my opinion---

but you can read all the info I sent to you----tina

transplant but I havent heard of that for fatty livers. you'll be ok.. i

belong to a liver support family kinda and I know its scarey but dont worry
