I do it as much as possible but will not settle for less than 1/2 hour 3

times a week. It is the elliptical machine. I recently had one delivered to

my

home cause it is the only thing I think is fun.

Hi ,

My favorite exercise is Yoga.... My TSH was 21 and it was all I could do

to get out of bed in the morning..... Now that it is 8... I am able to do 30 to

60 min. of Yoga 3 times a week.

hello: My exercise routine is walking, i walk 50 minutes (3 times x

week) i used to bikeride but bikeride makes me too bulky. I think

walking is better to lose weight or maintain weight

can u tell me , which 'asanas' in yoga are helpful

in treating hypothyroidism ?Or can u suggest any

website for it ?

Hello all: I read that walking is a lot better to lose weight than

bikeriding, i don't know why, but i suspect it 's cuz gravity, when

u are walking you are standing up and you bikeride in a chair.

Walking is good for edema (Water retention) also
