Guest guest Posted December 4, 2004 Report Share Posted December 4, 2004 Hello all: I read that walking is a lot better to lose weight than bikeriding, i don't know why, but i suspect it 's cuz gravity, when u are walking you are standing up and you bikeride in a chair.
