the one I know best is hydrocortisone (cortef) best taken 4X a day. 5mg at

8a, 11, 2p, 5 )=20mg/day).

The Cortef dosage is 5mg, 4x a day. There is no variation. That is it -

you cannot take more.

I see lots of people not giving Isocort a real chance - taking 1 or 2

pills a day and then saying " Oh it did nothing for me " . If you are gonna

try a supplement, you should take it as directed.

You also need to take it for a while at the recommended dose. It took me about

3-4 weeks to start feeling any better.
