I'm wondering if i'm ever going to lose weight. i do weight watchers

and excersise 40min every day, i'm 35, and people say i'm just

getting old. my tsh was an 8 in sept. i've been on 0.137

synthyroid and last week my doctor upped it to 0.150 as i felt

horrible. i'm newly married and would like to have a baby but i

don't want to get pregnant with 20lbs extra weight already on.

can someone give me a diet that will work for me. i don't want to

get technical, i don't understand all the medium chain fatty acids

and the long chain fatty acids, carbs this, carbs that. something

SIMPLE please if anyone knows of any simple weight loss plans
