Guest guest
, I've just started Yoga myself. I didn't know about it helping the eyes. When you said, " It seems that my eyesight got bad almost overnigt " it jumped right out at me. Me too. My eye doctor told me it was just a fact of life since I turned 40 this year. :-( -- re: improving eyesight I'd really like to know what helped your eyes also. It seems that my eyesight got bad almost overnight. I still haven't gotten used to wearing reading glasses. Let me know what you think helps. I've been taking Yoga. I heard that some of our eye exercises will eventually help. But, so far.. I haven't really seen any improvement. (Maybe I'm not doing enough exercises.) Listen people, I have seen the doctors screw up people left and right. What is diagnosed as this or that may be a mere nutrient deficiency. For example when I started taking raw honey...i mean really really raw honey with royal jelly, propolis in it...comb...i saw a boost in my mind, energy and out look When my eyes were strained because of too much computer use, i was getting depressed. Vitamins didn't work until i went liquid vitamin. Problem went away. Attitude changed. My point is. The quick fix is going to some doctor who is totally in bed with drug companies or going the hard road which is trial and error with nutritional supplements. I think the latter will cure the problem eventually and also keep your body in tact for the long run.

Guest guest
, It's the special eye exercises that are supposed to help your eyesight. I guess if nothing else, it makes them feel better. Guest guest
My eye doctor told me that your vision just goes after you hit 40. I don't know what the majority of eye doctors would say though. But, I seemed to have perfect vision...then, suddenly needed reading glasses. Hopefully, you won't have that problem. Re: improving eyesight , I would definitely question what your eye doctor told you. My eyesight did not change when I turned 40. Now I am almost 49 (a month away) and my eyesight still has not changed. It is still almost 20/20. Best wishes, Celeste Myers wrote: > When you said, " It seems that my eyesight got bad almost overnigt " it jumped > right out at me. Me too.
