Guest guest
I searched the files and could not find anything about sprouting. Someone at our health food store said it " should " be okay with candida, but he was not sure. My 5 and 8 year old have candida and are " starving " so I am trying to find more food for them! Thanks!!!!!!! Kim

Easy ones to sprout are pumpkin and sunflower, but also barley, onion seeds, chia seeds, almonds. Hulled seeds should be purchasedin a tightly sealed package and not from open bins, so that oxidation is minimized. Seeds difficult to sprout include flax, oat, and any seeds that have been irradiated. Nuts like pecans and walnuts cannot be sprouted.
