why I wasn't losing weight

Apparently I wasn't able to lose weight because of all the toxins inside of me,

I even have parasites in my red blood cells - YUCK !..

I was feeding the yeast with all the fruit I was eating.(I love and miss

fruit) I was using the wrong oils for cooking. which ended up staying inside of

me. The dr said I have expensive pee -- my adrenals are so full they aren't able

to function right so any nutrients I take in are going straight out of me. My

liver, kidney, spleen, and thymus weren't able to their job. Every Saturday

night hubby treats me to either donuts or dairy queen. I would eat it because he

loves me, and I didn't want to offend him.. So I kept thinking that is what was

sabitoging my diets. (he got upset last night when I refused to eat it -- I told

him before he went out " Not to get me anything - I can't eat it!)

YEAH ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This week I made the mistake of eating brown rice cereal and a brown rice

bread, & on those days I didn't lose weight. Yes I weight myself daily ==

lately 2xs a day because it is fun to see the scale going down !! I started at

178.8 this morning I am 172.6 !! Am I excited or what !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had bought a mini trampoline before I went to the dr.. Imagine my

surprize when I read it was the best way to uncloggs the adrenals. I had a nice

man near my office put it together for me. I am now using it 2-3xs a day for

5-10 mins between clients. I have a skip rope for at home and I am walking to &

from my office. The dr will be so pleased when he sees a new me in a month.. He

wanted me to go see an acupressurist about their weight loss program.. I don't

think I will until I stall & I do expect that to happen sooner or later. I am a

realist!! LOL
