Guest guest
I gave up deli meat all together. I started finding that a lot of them had hidden sugar in it and besides when I stopped eating it my stomaches went away for the most part. I know it is a drag but you are better off eating plain protein that you cook yourself. I have purchased a turkey breast and cooked it and sliced it up with the juices to keep it moist. I loved the convenience of deli meats.....and didn't realize how much they were bothering me until I stopped them all together. Jeanne -------------- Original message -------------- A weird pairing I know! A great natural multi-vitamin is Spirulina. How would this fit into the regiment, being a water algae? Any thoughts? Am finding myself confused at supermarket about meats ( ready to eat sandwich type sliced meat ). Am avoiding anything processed, smoked or roasted, thus only ham and turkey seems to qualify. With regards to mould forming; are prepacked slices and/or slices already cut in butcher's diplay window okay to eat, or must I get the sliced infront of me ( the expensive option, relatively )? Is packaged unsmoked ham okay? Still on meats, is take away charcoal/bbq chicken ok? Lottsa LUV
Guest guest
Yeah - I'm not allowed lunchmeats - only organic, unprocessed meats. The only canned meats I can have is tuna in water and salmon in oil. Candace _____ From: jeannekrieg@... It's amazing how much sugar, sweeteners, MSG, etc. is in processed foods. I've been eating a lot of fresh ground beef (no additives), ground turkey which comes in plastic tubes like sausage, turkey sausage packaged the same way, and chicken, etc. which isn't processed. All those deli meats and prepared lunch meats seem to have a lot of sugar and other stuff I don't want to eat. I looked over various bratwurst packages and found a brand that has a minimum of other " stuff " in it besides seasonings. It's one of my favorite foods to cook outside in thes summer.
