-- I am so there with you.. I love my snacks.. I have taken to eating

deviled eggs, pumpkin and sunflower seeds (bought raw and roasted and salted

myself), Celery stick with pumpkin seed butter or sesame tahini, radishes. Not

all at the same time!! LOL I am working on a sweet snack. I will let you all

know how it turns out.

I have found that uping my protien on my 3 meals a day (more than a the size

of my palm) I am less tempted to snack.

When I used to be a Weight loss consultant - I used to tell people to drink

more water, go for a walk, do something physical, -- distract yourself for 20

mins and if the craving is still there.. Then you are hungry-- eat something

good!!

Raw foods dont agree with me. I am not able to tolerate eating nuts or seeds of

any kind.

Anything I eat has to be cooked. I did eat a salad today made with stevia and I

still got a cold. I am doing a little bit better as the cold has died down.

I did make some beef and began eating that in between meals and that has helped

for a little while.

I will try the salt and lemon juice more durning the day.
