Hi everybody ,I want to ask if there is any kind of bread which would

be ok with a candida diet, actually I would like to bake the bread

Myself so I know what is in it.Is there any kind of grains which would

be ok to make a bread ,how about whole spelt flour?I think the bread

might be made not only from the grains so if any one has any idea or

maybe reciepe and share it I would be very greatfull.Thank you.

Darick.

The best kind of bread there is, is No Bread. There is no way around

it and the starch like consistency that immediately converts to sugar

once it enters the system.

That's My $0.02

==>Darick, sorry, like ROM said, there is no good bread to eat on the

candida diet. Eating bread is the same as eating sugar like my article

says. Spelt is a gluten-grain so it is definitely a no-no. Non-gluten

grains are buckwheat, millet, and quinoa, but they are still high in

carbs.

==>Since your symptoms are serious you shouldn't go there.
