Guest guest Posted March 2, 2006 Report Share Posted March 2, 2006 Hi everybody ,I want to ask if there is any kind of bread which would be ok with a candida diet,actually I would like to bake the bread Myself so I know what is in it.Is there any kind of grains which would be ok to make a bread ,how about whole spelt flour?I think the bread might be made not only from the grains so if any one has any idea or maybe reciepe and share it I would be very greatfull.Thank you. The best kind of bread there is, is No Bread. There is no way around it and the starch like consistency that immediately converts to sugar once it enters the system. Eating bread is the same as eating sugar like my article says. Spelt is a gluten-grain so it is definitely a no-no. Non-gluten grains are buckwheat, millet, and quinoa, but they are still high in carbs. ==>Since your symptoms are serious you shouldn't go there.
