Guest guest
Looking through the files and seeing all the options, how do we figure out what's best to use? Is a bath with H202 just as beneficial as an epsom salt bath? For a sinus rinse using a neti pot, how should I decide wether to use garlic tea, Pau D'arco, ascorbic acid, H202 or salt? Same as eye rinse, enemas, douches etc. It's great to have options, but how should we choose what will be more effective or us. Guest guest
Hi Elyse, I my opinion, this is an individual thing. What might be highly effective for me, might not do well for you. Also, someone might not have ALL of these things available in their house at any given time, so the options simply give one a place to start. If it's hard for you to decide, just start at the beginning of the list or with your most readily available option...If you're following Bee's program you surely have Garlic around, and likely have Epsom Salts in your cupboard....make the garlic tea or take an Epsom salt bath...try them a few times and see how you feel. If you don't feel any different, then try another option. I know we all want to be doing the exact " right " thing and Bee does certainly have ideas on that... but it also does take some trial and error to find out what is exactly " right " for you. jackie > Is a bath with H202 just as beneficial as an epsom salt bath? > For a sinus rinse using a neti pot, how should I decide wether to use > garlic tea, Pau D'arco, ascorbic acid, H202 or salt? Guest guest
Jackie, I think you're right that everything can be individual, but it helps to know if something is typically milder or stronger, a lot of this program is done in steps by starting on something and working your way up, so I want to be sure I'm not getting too far ahead of myself :-) (already having problems so far). Also Bee, can Pau D'arco tea be used as an eye wash and sinus rinse? It would be easier for me not to make to many different solutions. Guest guest
Elyse, I use them both together, they serve different purposes. The epsom salt provides your body with magnesium and the H2O2 liberates all the toxins from your skin, it is WONDERFUL. I even use it in my hair once a week mixed in with some shampoo (diluted) to get rid of product build-up. It leaves my hair literally squeaky clean. Pau D'Arco is a milder antifungal. Bee
