This oil is available at Wild Oats and Whole Foods Market. Hope that helps! Selena
Guest guest
I've been using " Virgin coconut oil " from NOW Foods. Although they are here in Illinois, I think they distribute nationwide. It DOES have a coconut smell and taste. I saw a chef on TV a while back explaining the " Extra Virgin " and " Virgin " classifications for olive oil. He said that the " Extra Virgin " is from the first pressing of the seeds and has the most taste. The " Virgin " olive oil is from the second pressing od the same seeds and has less taste. Each successive pressing has less taste than the previous one. I'm assuming the same holds true for coconut oil. These are all expeller-pressed products. Guest guest
I buy it by the gallon pail. It is cheaper than by the pint. I buy mine from Wilderness Family Naturals in Northern Minnesota. Maybe they would ship to Canada eh?
