Guest guest
Hi, I know it hasn't been too long since I wrote about my thyroid concerns but I've already gotten my temperature up to 98.5 degrees. I've been doing a few different things. I cut out wheat from my diet since I'm quite sure I'm intolerant of it. I've also increased my sun exposure to about 1.5 hours a day and stopped wearing sunglasses (http://www.drdebe.com/BARRIERS.htm explains why this helps) Along with the sun exposure I was exercising at the same time which might have helped. Of course, none of this would benifit anybody who is truly hypothyroid. It could (and so far did) help people like me with low body temps and normal thyroid test results.
