Guest guest
No, I still don't know the answer, though one of the sites you sent were from some Dr., who seemed to imply that effect of thyroid pills is immediate. It isn't just Armour-- T4 or T4 with T3, all these have to behave the same way, I would think. Guest guest
Thanks Chuck. I suspect I need to give myself time, and I'm sure will have to use more medication in the long run. It's just that after all these years not knowing what was wrong with me, I am in such a hurry to get my life back. I've lost so much of it already, I just want to be well--right now! :-) Gail In hypothyroidism , Chuck B <cblatchl@p...> wrote: > Gail, > > > > Not true. That's why I pushed my doc to hurry up and increase the dosage ahead of schedule. However, there's a limit to how much you can do that and be safe. Guest guest
Yes. My thought when I started the T4 was to get sufficiently better to prove to my Dr. that this is what is wrong with me, so he will do the testing that I need. In just this short time, I have accomplished that. I will now wait for my appointment in Aug. Gail > I know the feeling all too well. Discomfort cancels patience.
