I looked on line but basically just found online stores that sell herbs, vitamins etc. One guy I know swears by salt scrubs. He sits in the bath tub and rubs wet rock or Kosher salt on his skin and than rinses off. You could even use a loofah or a natural fluffy sponge .Something that has enough scruff to feel but not to mark or scrape deeply. My child's Pt gave us a plastic brush , the same kind the hospital gave me to wash his head for cradle cap. Just keep it in a ziplock to keep it from drying out. If you have a soft hairbrush you can use it too.. The idea is soft stimulation to get the lymph system moving. Hard stimulation will shut it down. It is not rocket science,(thank god).
