You can minimize your reactions by this combination, along with the egg drink, as soon as you realize you are feeling sick: - 50 mgs. Zinc for a couple of days (have on hand, but don't take it daily) - 1,000 mgs vitamin C every hour or until you reach bowel tolerance (loose stools), then take 250 mgs. less per hour until you reach bowel tolerance again, and so on - 100 mgs. Vitamin B Complex for a couple of days - 1 extra tablespoon of cod liver oil for a couple of days - Also take 1,000 mgs. B6, and 500 mgs. niacin in addition to the B complex (have these on hand for times when you need them). You can also drink 4 1/2 cups of clove tea - it's a great detoxifier: -Boil 4 1/2 cups of purified water. -Remove from the heat and add 2 level teaspoons of certified organic ground cloves, or you can crush up whole cloves by putting them in a thick plastic bag and pounding them with a hammer. - Steep for 20 minutes. -Strain and drink it hot or cold. You can add some stevia to improve the flavor. If you don't want to egg drink have something to eat along with the above, especially meats and fats. I hope that helps, Bee
