Guest guest
Bev I went off of soda pop a few months before I started this supplement. Did you know if you drink soda it blocks nutrients from being absorbed into your body. This supplement gives your body the T3 it needs and can help lose weight if you are low on 3 most people who are hypothyriod are. And no I did not exercise or do anything else to lose the weight thanks Edith. > I have a supplement I take called kela E it is from lifezone. Guest guest
Edith, Do you have to take a cholesterol medicine? I do and am having a problem finding one that mixes with my synthroid. Did you ask your doc. before starting the Kela E? If so, what did he/she say about it? thanks Bev jgnmemom <jgnmemom@...> wrote: Bev I went off of soda pop a few months before I started this supplement. Guest guest
I had a cholesterol problem but I talked with the owner of this supplement company, did you know that zinc can help with cholesterol. I started the kela zinc from lifezone and it helped lower my cholesterol. I asked my endo Dr. about this iodine supplement and he told me I can get all the iodine I need from table salt and I did not need it. I still take this because it helps me sorry but in my experience the Dr. does not always have all the answers. bev <bdowns45681@...> wrote:Edith, Do you have to take a cholesterol medicine?
