Guest guest
At one time Theresa, I was put on Pregnenalone for my adrenals. Maybe you could check that out. I got it from a natural doctor, but I am sure the health stores would have it. In a message dated 11/9/2005 9:25:26 A.M. I read the adrenal file and right now I have a major brain fog and did not understand some of the stuff it said there. It said different ways to stimulate your adrenals by massaging certain areas and tapping in certain spots. I am sorry for not understanding what it all means. I would like to know if there is any supplement that is fairly cheap that I could use to help my adrenals out. I am in a tight financial spot right now and can not afford a lot of the stuff I need to be on the Candida diet. Meat and produce is very expensive for me. Can someone explain to me a simple way for me to help my adrenals? I would appreciate any and all help I can get right now. I can not function very well right now and it upsetting me so much. Thank you Theresa
Guest guest
Hello Theresa, Try rebounding on a trampoline. Or, try lightly hopping up and down. Or, better yet, go outside in the Sun and skip! Try it. It works. Also, dry skin brushing is effective too. Keep in mind, walking is very helpful, for so many reasons.... especially in nature. Start slow and build your way up to " light hiking " . Get in the sun, walk in the woods, walk next to water. Or better yet, walk in the water! Every time I go creek walking I feel like a kid again. There's a " energy " in the water. I know it sounds a bit strange, but flowing water gives off some kind vibe. Uncommon actions give uncommon results. Guest guest
Please be careful with pregnenalone. I asked a gynecologist about it because someone I knew was helped by it - he said absolutely not ! Reason was for me becuase it increases estrogen and I already have high estrogen. Pregnenalone is definitely one of those things that will only help with some people, but be harmful to others. i would not take it without checking with a doctor that knows about hormones. The adrenals need exercise to function properly because they do not have a pump like the heart does - it's exercise and moving around that helps them, as well as the diet I recommend. The lemon and sea salt drink helps the liver and adrenals detoxify. Taking epsom salt baths also help. Bee

Guest guest
No, not included in my list as of those doctors who will either recommend or prescribe some form of T3, either synthetic or natural, but it might be useful to have this one there.
