I know I'm tooting my own horn, here, but I'm so thrilled to finally begin to feel better. My systemic allergic reaction to all foods has just about disappeared, so I can actually have the same vegetable two days in a row! Brain fog, sore throat, burning eyes, white tongue, vaginal discomfort, all disappearing! Best of all, I can have yogurt or a probiotic supplement once a day without a reaction! Real glad for you, kim! Francine
Guest guest
Great news, Kim! I have also been making progress. I think we've been on the diet about the same length of time. Most of the symptoms I had earlier this year only occasionally occur lately, or they are gone altogether. I've also tried eating a little fruit - green apples in particular - with no bad effects. The holidays are going to be interesting. I may just eat whatever my relatives fix for Christmas dinner and see what happens. Probably will be lots of sweet things. It's probably going to be impossible to avoid all of it. It was really cold and windy here (central Illinois) last night. I was afraid my ham radio antennas would all blow down, but surprisingly they stayed up. But the temperature was 3 degrees F (-16 degrees C) last night. And my car started right up, too! It's warmed up to 10 degrees F right now. (lol) Seriously though, I'm so glad to hear this. It helps me to have hope. I've been on this anticandida diet for 6 months plus a week, lol, and while I've seen some improvements, I'm STILL not able to eat a fruit, sigh. I tried having a very ripe banana last night, and my gut bloated up, etc. My allergies are still bad, brain fog still bad, etc. I guess I must have more candida in me than anyone else on earth, sigh. I've been hoping that my allergies would begin to leave BEFORE this coming May/June when I always get really bad healthwise. Kim, you go girl!! Keep it up, and continue to get your health back! By the way, I hear you about doctors and candida. It would be easier for me to get ahold of heroin than nystatin around here, grrr. And what I just don't understand is that they will " admit " that candida overgrowth can cause a problem in a woman's private area, but not in the rest of our body? Yeah, right. Keep up the good health love, and PLEASE send some of it on up to me too, K? ((hugs)) '

Thanks so much for sharing it with us. It gives everyone such encouragement. You've fought hard and long for the improvements and it's wonderful to hear your success. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. I'm very proud of you! That's a very very well done Kim! Keep up the good work. Luv & lots of hugs, Bee

None of my doctors will let me get near it! It's crazy isn't it, ? I tried to buy it when I was in Mexico but the little pharmacy only had the cream. ~Robin Ps. By the way, I'm SO glad to hear all these success stories, everyone. I'm still catching up with the reading!!
