==>Yes, it is candida; you might find enemas will help you a lot - see

the Enema Folder. Hopefully your toilet paper is unbleached, and not

just hypo-allergenic. Apply coconut oil frequently too.

Hi Bee

thanks heaps for your reply,now i come to think of it im not sure if

my toilet paper is bleached or not i will definately be checking

that out though. I mainly get very sore vaginally, would it be the

candida causing that as well as the " back part " soreness, and would

an enema help the vaginal soreness at all?

==>Enemas do not directly help the vaginal as much as douches. See
