This lightheadedness is almost constant. From the time I get up in the morning until late aft or early eve. It is really debilitating. I've tried eating extra protein, extra fat, eating coconut oil straight, drinking the lemon drink frequently. Nothing helps. It is especially worse if I'm out in the heat at all. I am also experiencing exhaustion from the least bit of physical activity, getting heart palpitations, etc. I know these are all considered die-off symptoms, but it scares me because of the hereditary risk of heart disease in my family. I'm trying to put my trust into this diet that it is not going to cause me any heart problems, but it is really hard. ==>Gail, the heart prefers saturated fats, and man-made oils and fats, high carbs and sugars cause heart disease, not good meats, eggs, fats, etc. Heart disease was hardly heard of prior to man-made fats being introduced in the early 1900s. In fact the doctor that invented the EKG was told by his colleagues that he should invent something more useful because there was so little heart disease that if doctors wanted to study it they have to travel many miles. ==>You can read a ton of information about the " true " cause of heart disease at: www.thincs.com www.westonaprice.org > > Is there anything else I can do for the lightheadedness? ==>Helping your body detox helps, i.e. coffee enema, lemon & ocean sea salt drink, dry skin brushing, epsom salt baths, etc. as listed in my article. But I've done genealogy on my family and they were dropping over from heart attacks left and right as far back as I could trace in my Mother's family - mid 1600's. In the 1800's they lived on farms, used lard, had their own chickens, eggs, vegetables, pork from their pigs, and lots of fresh fish as they lived in a fishing area, etc. Probably had little sugar and stuff cause that would have been a luxury. So I question the fact that heart disease was not prevalent prior to 1900's. I do agree that the sugars, bad fats, and processed foods, etc have contributed greatly to the increase in heart disease. But there must be something to the hereditary thing or it wouldn't have been so prevalent through my family all the way back. > > ==>You can read a ton of information about the " true " cause of heart > disease at: > www.thincs.com > www.westonaprice.org > > > > Is there anything else I can do for the lightheadedness? > > ==>Helping your body detox helps, i.e. coffee enema, lemon & ocean > sea salt drink, dry skin brushing, epsom salt baths, etc. as listed > in my article. > I know it's trying to detox cause now my skin is itching all over. I've taken some salt baths, but will increase taking them and read and see what else I can do. Yesterday was the absolute worst. It took all the strength I could muster just to make my meals. A little light-headed this a.m. but I hope it won't be so bad. Thanks. Gail
Guest guest
Hi Gail, what keeps coming to me as I read your posts is for you to do some deep breathing. Check the files for an article on the benefits of breathing and how to do it. hth, jackie > I know it's trying to detox cause now my skin is itching all over. > I've taken some salt baths, but will increase taking them and read > and see what else I can do. Guest guest
Dear Gail, Another thing I thought of regarding your lightheadedness is that candida toxins are mostly alcohol so when candida is being killed off it is putting out more toxins, which also contributes to lightheadedness, brain fog, dizzyness, etc. But also ensure you are not getting toxins from other sources, i.e. cleaning supplies, perfumes, new synthetic carpet, dry cleaning, and also in foods, i.e. MSG and MSG-like neurotoxins - carrageenan is one that most people are unaware of, which is now added to cream, etc. I was very lightheaded a couple of years ago, and couldn't figure out why. Then I found my usual half & half had carrageenan added to it. I changed to a different brand and my symptoms disappeared. ==>Blood sugar problems also make you lightheaded, so do ensure you are eating enough proteins and good fats (58% of protein and 10% fat turns into blood sugar in the body). ==>Any of the diet no-nos will also make you more lightheaded. Also make sure none of your supplements contain yeast, sugar, gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, etc - see the complete list under the Essential Supplements section of my article. Vitamin E and some brands of vitamins A & D are derived from soy; get Clear base or the dry form of vitamin E to avoid it, and ensure any separate supplements of vit. A or D are not derived from soy. Guest guest
Gail, I realize now is not the best time of year to be taking baths (I suppose you could use cool water tho) because of the heat but 2 cups of H2O2 in an epsom salt bath does wonders for itchy skin. This past winter I was taking at least 3 a week to help get rid of the toxins. It helped sooo much. I printed that info out but haven't really put it into practice yet. Tried it a couple times and then with everything else kept forgetting to continue it. (At least I think that's what it said LOL). Do you think that could be a contributor too? Oh, and this morning when I started getting heart palps I did the humming and it worked! I had a little lightheadedness until after lunch and have been good the rest of the day. Thanks, Gail

Guest guest
Gail just so you know, upon initial immersion you may become VERY itchy, but this is just the toxins being liberated from your skin (a good thing). Guest guest
This formula is with food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide.....not drugstore right? Guest guest
> This formula is with food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide.....not drugstore right? > Zuni ==>You can use regular drug-store 3% H202 for baths, but 35% food grade is better - I don't think there is a 3% food grade, but it is diluted to 3% for use - see the Hydrogen Peroxide Folder. Guest guest
I use 2 cups of full strength 35% in my baths. Guest guest
> > I use 2 cups of full strength 35% in my baths. > > Shirley ==>Wow Shirley. That's a lot, and I do not believe it is necessary, and I wouldn't recommend it. All of the articles on H202 state: Bathe in 1 pint 3% in a tub of water and soak for 15 minutes. If you use more it is not going to " make " your body detox any more than it is able to. Bee
