Guest guest
bee, I have a concern maybe you can help me with. All of my adult like i weighed between 106-112 lbs I am 5'2 " . Then in 2001 i gained 25 lbs out of no where over a year or less. I tried to lose it desperately and joined the gym and ate differently. I only succeeded as losing 7 lbs. so i got used to it. Then in 2005 i was diagnosed with yeast overgrowth. I went on a version of this diet and lost 7 more lbs. theni began threelac in march and los a few more then i began y our diet and lose a few more. Is it possible that this is the weight i am going to be by this new way of eating? I am not happy with my weight of about 115 (at the end of the day), but on this diet i dont see it as being possible to gain any weight. does having candida make you gain weight? Is it possbile that by killing off so much of the candida with the diet and other stuff i have been doing that this is the result? It seems that wheneve ri suffer with dieoff i lose weight. Maybe that is the whole goal that i didnt even realize. Whenever i eat processed food i get shaky and my heart races in the morning and upon taking naps. I am just realizing this now and im wondering.... Also i spoke to my stomach dr today because my stomach is in such distress. He wants to do an endoscope and i dont want him to, so he agreed to give me pepcid for 30 days and see how i feel after that time. I feel the stomach distress is from the die off that i got fromt he diet and the anti fungals i WAS taking. I feel so mewhat better taking the pepcid but am i defeating my goal by taking the med's? What do you think? thanks and sorry for the long mail. It all just came to me today. sue
