Well, I have searched and searched but I cannot find a b-complex that

doesn't have niacinamide as the B-3. I read Bee's notes on this issue and

she says " if cannot buy one that contains niacin " buy it separate. No

problem there but can I still get the b-complex with the niacinamide or is

there a reason we should not have it?

==>Niacinamide will not hurt you so it is okay to buy a b-complex with

it. But to get the real niacin for it's benefits buy it separately and

take the same amount along with b-complex.

Tammy: Regarding a b-complex, I think that Quest has one with niacin, not sure

if they have any other additives in it though, worth checking out.

Pat....I have this brand of NOW Vitamin B. My container says Niacin but

then next to the word it has Niacinamide.

synthetic, and not the real niacin.
