==>Laurie, that whole body aching you are getting from the damp weather

is very common with candida sufferers, so it may not be any kind of

arthritis at all. Continuing on the strict candida program will turn

it around. There is nothing specifically you can do that will help

except to take an epsom salts bath, and maybe some cal/mag to help

relieve the symptoms.

Thanks Bee I'm beginning to think that is true. I also seem to be

going through some healing right now too. I had an epsom salts bath

the other night when my body ached so badly and within a few minutes

of getting in the water one of my toes started to get terrible

stabbing pains which lasted for several hours and then went away

mysteriously.

Also I am getting a burning pain in a back muscle that I injured many

years ago. Since that injury I never felt pain in that muscle, I

always experience an injury to it starting with hunger and then an

hour or so later with a 24 hour headache. Recently this had

intensified but in the last week or so I've noticed that the

headaches are less severe and I'm actually feeling pain in the muscle

where it should be. So there is definitely some strong healing and or

die off going on here.

Patience and adherence to the diet will eventually correct all the

problems that have been accumulating for a lifetime.

Thanks again and keep well.

Laurie
