Guest guest
Thanks Joan. I have progesterone cream from a health food store. It sounds like a need to be more diligant in useing it. Estrogen, is a mystery but I will take your advice. I know the labs always say my hormones are fine. But something is wacking out now and again. It is not normal for someone to suddenly start waking up wired at 2 am for several days and then returning to normal. Regarding adrenals, you must be in the US. I see many posts but in my area it is not recognized. You would have to self treat because there is no doc that will. I know the restless leg thing was associated with bad hypo symptoms initially. It was constant until I got that straightened out. Too much T3 suddenly has done the heart thing. I too experienced it when I had drastically changed the meds. Once I slowed down the process, they went away. Sherry Progesterone will certainly help you sleep. Not sure what it will do for restless leg. It will also enhance the thyroid meds you are taking. > > would not add estrogen at this point in your life. Again none of the locals treat them according to my research. Joan
Guest guest
HI, I have adrenal exhaustion or Hypoadrenia, I am scared to take synthetics so I went to the health food store and got Fatigued to Fantastic. I have been on it for a week now and can tell a HUGE difference in myself I have energy and I can concentrate as well!!!! Oh I also use natural progestrone cream, it keeps my moods in check and it balances me out so..... I also take a natural thyroid with L tyrosine. If you have any questions just ask. Guest guest
Be sure the progesterone you have has some in it. I looked at one the other day with 5 mg per ounce. You would have to slather it on to get any effect. You are looking for one with at least 400 mg per ounce of the progesterone, then use just a small amount. I even saw it at the local discount store recently. Will have to get more soon, haven't seen my brand recently. Joan > Thanks Joan. Guest guest
Thanks for the tip! I used up the rest of mind, but it only has 2 mg per ounce. No wonder I was using twice a day with minimal effect. > > Thanks Joan. I have progesterone cream from a health food > store. > > It sounds like a need to be more diligant in useing it.
