That's really interesting. I've had foot/heel pain for quite some

time, though I've not seen a doctor about it. Sometimes it's so bad

that I have to step very carefully because it feels like someone took

a hammer to the bottom of my feet.

I had the same problem also with my feet.It was awful especially having

young kids to chase after. Some days I would just sit and cry. After I

started with the T3 all arthritis symptoms went away.

Hi Ella, wonder if it might be related to hypothyroidism? The anti-inflammatory

I take for the foot pain/arthritis does help a lot. I just want to be able to

get off the anti-inflammatory completely. I have managed to cut down for quite

some time without noticing pain. I'm gonna do another cut and see.

Have you considered seeing a doctor about the foot pain?

do you take Armour, ella? I can't remember.

Hugs, Sheila

Me too, I have been on Armour for a few months now but I still have

this pain. I also have neuropathic pain from my knees right down to

my feet. I was referred to a specialist pain clinic but they are

only treating it as neuritis - I am still hoping that when I get to my

optimum dose of armour it will go away.

I've had this myself on and off for years and of course my mom who is

now on thyroid medication as well as my daughter. And even my son has

had this in the past---ugg

No, I don't take Armour, and I don't have a doc at this time, but hope

to in the future.

Sure hope the Armour helps, , and it's probably that you're just

not up to the optimum dose as you say. I've heard so much good about

it that I'm sure it will eventually.

Yes I am sure it's a hypo condition--just another one to drive all of

us nuts!! I take advil for it and I am sure I have low thyroid as

well. Mom does now she finally asked the doctor to test her after

telling him about her grandaughter.

All of these years gone by and it took her grandaughter to find out

what was wrong with all of us.

Doctors should routinely test for thyroid!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of

years being tired!!!!!! besides everything else!!!!!!!!!!!

You are so right - this is a condition that 25% of women have, after

all!
