I don't know if I am getting enough Cal/mag. I can't seem to get past 1

tsp of the powder without getting diarreha. That is just 200mg of each

each day. Should I try some other form or will it all do the same thing?

==>Try taking it with sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid and baking powder

mixed half and half in water) or with vitamin C tablets to aid

absorption. You could try switching the type and see if that helps as

well.
