Guest guest
Have you read " patient heal thyself " ? Jordan Ruebin had crohns infact the worst doctors have seen, anyways his book is real good and he ended up healing himself without rx drugs, I encourage you get the book. Sharon kerrirchambers <kerrirchambers@...> wrote: Hi, I've been writing a few posts the last few days, just to some up my case I have had crohn's for 11 years had surgery 10 years ago, went on scd diet 5 years ago which helpe a great deal and have had what I believe to be candida for about a year or so. I have been following the diet for the last 2 months and it has helped my headaches and arthritis, I still get bloated and periods of constipation and sometimes the complete opposite of diarrhea at least 10 X's a day. I am taking Vitamin C, D, A, E, calcium and magnesium, cod liver oil, coconut oil, chlorophyll and probiotic. Yesterday I had a horrible episode with diarrhea the first BM was like nothing i had ever seen before, a big pile but not quite diarrhea and some blood in it. The rest of the day was pretty much water with no substance. I went to bed very early last night and still felt exhausted today, I'm assuming from the episode I went thru yesterday... hard on my body. Sometimes I wonder if this is dye-off symptoms and ridding my body of bad toxins or is it Crohn's symptoms? I also get very bad back aches, which I assume also is my body ridding itself of toxins. But can someone please help me identify if this is dye off and what I should do to help my body recooperate the next day. I am currently working part time because of my condition and plan on taking a long nap this afternoon, any other suggestions? Thanks, kc Montreal, Qc

Guest guest
the reason I ask is because one of the things I remember reading was that he bought a RV and lived in it on the ocean because ocean air is good when trying to heal the body and its true because I got exposed to toxic mold and almost died so for 2 years now I have sick and I try and get to the ocean to breathe the air and I do feel better, anyways he and his dad who happens to be a nutrisanist [i know that is spelt wrong, i cant think] and they had taken him all over the world but he actually got healed, he weighed like 90 lbs and right now he is a good 200 something and veryattractive looking man, he came to my church last week but I read his book 2 years ago, I hope you can his book kerrirchambers <kerrirchambers@...> wrote: I am currently using Probactrix as a probiotic. Guest guest
why cant you take it may I ask?, I think that was one of things that helped him with his healing, he also has the company of the garden of eden products and I take the coconut oil, I want to start on the prime defense, that is really a bummer. kerrirchambers <kerrirchambers@...> wrote: I just looked up the book and he is the one that developed Primal Defense which is not allowed on my diet. Guest guest
Bee's diet is on the webpage in the files section. It is the only diet I know of that effectively handles candida with a minimum of difficulties. If you have candida problems, I'd suggest following Bee's diet rigorously for as long as it takes. Guest guest
Thanks very much Sharon, I am actually going to Puerto Rico at the end of April, so hopefully that ocean air and water will help heal me I weighed myself this morning and after that episode yesterday I am 95 lbs., quite depressing at 32 years old. I am usually about 105 lbs. Thanks for messaging me back, I do appreciate all of your posts. kc > > the reason I ask is because one of the things I remember reading was that he bought a RV and lived in it on the ocean because ocean air is good when trying to heal the body and its true because I got exposed to toxic mold and almost died so for 2 years now I have sick and I try and get to the ocean to breathe the air and I do feel better, anyways he and his dad who happens to be a nutrisanist [i know that is spelt wrong, i cant think] and they had taken him all over the world but he actually got healed, he weighed like 90 lbs and right now he is a good 200 something and veryattractive looking man, he came to my church last week but I read his book 2 years ago, I hope you can his book > > kerrirchambers <kerrirchambers@...> wrote: I am currently using Probactrix as a probiotic. Guest guest
Not sure if its allowed on Bee's diet, but I've been following the SCD diet for the past 5 years and it has helped me the most with my Crohns. I plan on working mixing the two diets, still not going against SCD as it has helped me so much, but not eating honey, cheese, fruit, mushrooms, etc that Bee says not to eat. thanks kc > > why cant you take it may I ask?, I think that was one of things that helped him with his healing, he also has the company of the garden of eden products and I take the coconut oil, I want to start on the prime defense, that is really a bummer. >
Guest guest
can I ask what the scd diet is, and also what do you do if you dont mine me asking that you get to go to these nice places? But it does help to be around ocean air, something about salt air keeps circulating, so just take note and see if you feel better. Guest guest
HI Sharon, Its very similar to Bee's except you are able to eat honey, fruit and cheese as these are all safe with Crohn's and this diet. I've been on the diet for 5 years and for the most part has helped me tremendously. As for what I do, I work in the IT industry I recently switched from Sales to Sales training. kc > Not sure if its allowed on Bee's diet, but I've been following the SCD > diet for the past 5 years and it has helped me the most with my > Crohns. Apply wet heat, not a heating pad, and take epsom salt baths. Bee >
Guest guest
Thanks Bee, I'm actually taking Vitamin B Complex, I just forgot to write it down... So you are thinking I'm doing the right things?? I just feel so weak and do get frustrated at times. This morning I had my scrambled eggs and felt very tired after I ate, why do you think that is? I felt good when I first woke up this morning until I had the eggs...?? > > > > Hi, > > > > I've been writing a few posts the last few days, just to some up my > > case I have had crohn's for 11 years had surgery 10 years ago, went > on> scd diet 5 years ago which helpe a great deal and have had what I > > believe to be candida for about a year or so. Guest guest
Kerri Have you hired a attorney yet? And are you still living in the same place? I started feeling better when I moved out of the condo I was living in, but after I'd been on a life support it was real hard on me, it seem like all the life was sucked out of me, and it made me real fatigued, and at 51 my body just doesnt bounce back like it would if I was younger, I have to give my second depo next week and its such a joke here in the states, they make me feel like I am the guilty one.
