Guest guest
Hi again, I learned how to trim my messages! I thought you'd be happy My question...I am really struggling on the diet because i feel so weak in my stomach. I do have a h hernia since 1988 but it hasnt caused me any problems till now. How good is a fat diet when you have this condition? My dr (not that i listen to him the gastro guy) said to eat a low fat diet. My yeasty dr is never in his office( i want his life) so i cant ask him for another 10 days...So im confused. My stomach issue is emotionally created i believe. Wheni got upset with my tick bite last week is when i created my stomach problems. Previous to my yeast diet i would east salty foods and bland foods and that would help but my new diet is all together different.. I would probably be less emotional if i gained weight because that i bothering me. Sorry to be repetative and obsessive thats my problem.. ANy help would be appreciated. Guest guest
> > where is your health story on your site? i haven't been able to find it. ==>Hi . I haven't posted it on my website, except for what I wrote in About Bee, because I intend to expand it some more to give you more information about what I did to cure my candida. But it is posted in this group's files (left menu) called " Bee's Personal Candida Story " , which is after all of the folders.
