Hi again, I learned how to trim my messages! I thought you'd be

happy :) My question...I am really struggling on the diet because i

feel so weak in my stomach. I do have a h hernia since 1988 but it

hasnt caused me any problems till now. How good is a fat diet when you

have this condition? My dr (not that i listen to him the gastro guy)

said to eat a low fat diet. My yeasty dr is never in his office( i

want his life) so i cant ask him for another 10 days...So im

confused. My stomach issue is emotionally created i believe. Wheni

got upset with my tick bite last week is when i created my stomach

problems. Previous to my yeast diet i would east salty foods and bland

foods and that would help but my new diet is all together different..

I would probably be less emotional if i gained weight because that i

bothering me. Sorry to be repetative and obsessive thats my problem..

ANy help would be appreciated. Sue

==>Doctors, and many naturopaths & other healthcare practitioners

will diagree with this diet, because they follow today's protocols

about the dangers of " good " saturated fats, i.e. coconut oil, butter,

lard, and other naturally occuring fats, which people have lived on

for thousands of years, before the food industry, before drugs,

before the current medical and government dogmas and lies.

Sue, please read my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " !

it.

==>Hi . I haven't posted it on my website, except for what I

wrote in About Bee, because I intend to expand it some more to give you

more information about what I did to cure my candida. But it is posted

in this group's files (left menu) called " Bee's Personal Candida

Story " , which is after all of the folders.

Luv, Bee
