Guest guest
Dear Marla, You want to limit Stevia because it feeds your sweet tooth and because it is high in carbs so it will feed candida. But because it is so sweet it is hard to eat large amounts which would jeopardize curing candida. I'm glad you're nixing the Agave Nectar. Guest guest
I saw the guava nectar in store yesterday also before reading the post on it and I was impressed since it said it can be used by diabetics. That's what brand I saw said anyway. > Dear Marla, > You want to limit Stevia because it feeds your sweet tooth and because > it is high in carbs so it will feed candida. Guest guest
I thought stevia was carb and calorie free. No? What is the carb count for stevia? Anyone know? Jeanne
