Guest guest Posted April 8, 2003 Report Share Posted April 8, 2003 Many people do not do well on T4 only meds like Levoxel, Synthroid, etc. He may need a medication that replaces all of what he lost when his thyroid failed--T0, T1, T2, T3, T4 and calcitonin (that we know of).
