I had another episode last night, so I'm just that much more

convinced I have low adrenal.. I'm calling my doc. in a min. to see

what he has to say, if he can change the test to 24 hr urine, cause

the lab can't do the stim. test , so stressful, that's why I had the

episode last night.. stresssssssssssssss, so I'll it give it just a

little longer.. but not much , I just can't handle too much more.

yes, that is pretty much .. when there are other tests, like 24 hour

urine, I just got off the phone w/ my doc. office, he is supposed to

call back soon to let me know what we can do next , since the atch

stresses me out so much ,the whole things stresses me out so much.

wish me luck,, cause I know I will need it

I have to set my alarm just to take one dose of armour.. I take 90

mgs.,so maybe that's the reason I don't have to take it several

times a day, I can't feel a difference that soon. It takes at least

one week to feel any difference at all for me. I've always wondered

why you take it that often and how you can feel a difference that

soon.. I would really like to know that.

Hi Bev,

I have a little timer that is specially for taking medicines - I got it

online from ssyndrome.com - but I think you can get them in stores

too - it was cheap. I can set many alarms for different times of the

day and once I have set them they stay on that setting - I don't have to

re-do them each day - it is a fantastic help - it can sound an alarm or

jut vibrate in your pocket or bag if you need to be quiet.

Ok, I'm sold on this idea... Thanks so much for letting me know

about this... I had never heard of it.. That makes a difference..

I think I'm just about ready to start self medicating... Where do

you get the meds. and how much are they?
