Guest guest
Personally I think looking at a list of " Avoid Foods " daily is giving you a negative emotion. It would constantly be a reminder of what this Candida has taken away from you!! So I have a list of the foods I am allowed on the fridge and only those foods come into my house. (I also have a copy in my wallet for those eat out times!, and grocery shopping trips!) here is the link to the Allowed Foods!!! http://f5.grp.fs.com/v1/oNYmRGr9VHgGI1giCoCpfAgPCYdxvRs-RfH4bRsygnSAAJHpPVM\ sADDz2OUcfZxz_NCL_DgKSZt14LR0lHK2IGtuVsLDAdk/A%29%20Candida%20Diet/Food%20List%2\ 0for%20the%20Candida%20Diet.htm Find a way to make someone SMILE today! Guest guest
I agree, I wouldn't look at it every day, just use it to check some things I am in doubt about once in a while. - T > > Personally I think looking at a list of " Avoid Foods " daily is giving you a negative emotion. I know you are very busy, please take time, I can wait. ==>By the way, how are you doing? I'm affraid I have bad news to report. After over 10 years of candida free symptoms I've had a relaps (not by my own doing or maybe it was my fault). Last week I went to business luncheon (didn't know the person too well and decided not to make my blindness a big issue -- Now I wish I did). When we ordered lunch I asked for a grilled chicken breast (no marinating and no spices), and a garden salad with the oil and venegar on the side. Little did I know when I got my plate and took the first bite of the chicken it was breaded and very spicy, if that wasn't enough the salad was full of vinegar. Need I say more? I was furious. When the waiter came back I told him what had happened, it turned out that the waiter I gave my order to wasn't the same waiter that brought me the order because he had gone off shift. Now I'm looking like a nine month pregnant person, feeling very uncomfortable, nausiated, all the candida symptoms are back. Tomorrow I have another business luncheon to go to, I don't know how I'm going to survive, this time I'm taking a trusted friend with me. I know that it will take time for all this to go away, I have to be patient and stick to the diet more than ever. Thanks for asking Bee. Have a wonderful afternoon. But Maddalena, if you cannot eat a breaded chicken and vinegar you are not free of candida overgrowth. After I cured my candida in the mid 1980s I could have a lunch like that and not get gas, and bloating. I could even have a birthday cake, a wine, etc. and not get sick at all. > Now I'm looking like a nine month pregnant person, feeling very uncomfortable, nausiated, all the candida symptoms are back. I remember when my MIL was prescribed this whacky candida diet by her doctor. She was obsessing over everything that she couldn't have, and I asked her to just change her perspective and look at what she COULD have. I guess it didn't help her though because she ended up deciding she was cured, and now she has horrible symptoms but won't come back to something that WOULD cure it. That's another story for another post though. in IN
