I'm sure someone on this list has done this protocol....I took 4

grams every half hour today, got up to 36 grams....and I am quitting

for the day....but no watery diarrhea like you are supposed to

get....so should I try again tomorrow or ?? One suggestion I read

was to take it every 1/2 hour for 3-4 doses and then every 15 minutes

until you get the diarrhea.....should I try that??

Bee,

I'd like to try the Vitamin C flush. I don't have any fennel, is

just the ginger enough or do they do different things and I should

have both. The files say it should take 5 to 7 hours, does that

mean I won't have to keep running to the bathroom after 7 hours?

==>It's okay to just use ginger. After 5-7 hours you might need to

spend about 1 hour in the bathroom the treatment will help move all of

the backed-up stools. They won't necessarily be watery like diarrhea

however.

I was looking for this information in the folders, but I was not

able to find it. I understand that ginger tea is good for

constipation, is that right or I need to do something else with the

ginger for constipation?

Thanks,

Francisca

Hello Francisca,

Look in the Vitamin C file for the Vitamin C Flush.

==>Ginger is okay but it mostly helps with gas, bloating & nausea. It

is extremely important to consume " enough fats " when you go on a

higher protein and low carb diet. Also see the Digestion Folder for

more help with constipation.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

==>Pip. You were successful but just didn't realize it. Allow the die-

off symptoms to die down and you should be feeling better.

I haven't tried the vitamin C flush myself, but maybe other members

have some ideas/tips for you.

==>All of the information you need is found on my website:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com Just use the Site Search on the

left menu. Here's the Vitamin C Flush:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig16.php

To assist with problems related to the intestinal tract, it is

recommended that you do a Vitamin C Flush. This involves creating a

short-term diarrhea, which begins a process of flushing out mutant

bacteria colonies and heavy metals, such as mercury, that hinder

normal chemical reactions in the intestinal tract and bowel. Mercury

creates an imbalance in these bacteria that are unfavorable to proper

digestion of amino acids (protein building blocks) and the

manufacturing of vitamins and certain enzymes.

Please note that each person is unique and will react differently to

the C-Flush. Do not expect your experience to be the same as someone

else's.

==>Hi SCD. You can find the Vitamin C Flush in the Group's Files (left

menu) in the C) Vitamin C Folder.
