Ok, this is what I'm taking a day

a multi vitamin

vitamin B-12

Vitamin C

Selenium

Fish oil

Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc

I want to also start taking Pregnenolone. When I go to get it is it labeled

Pregnenolone or something else? Does anyone know what the recommended daily

does is? Is there anything that I'm missing that I should be taking that will

help with the hypo OR anxiety? Thanks!
