Guest guest
Hi - I wondered if any women experience bad fatigue during certain times of the month and why this would be. I have been doing much better than usual and beginining this past weekend, am terribly fatigued like the old days. I guess I am surprised to go so far backwards again. My time of the month is anytime now so I don't know if this is related but seems to correlate from time to time with my mentrual cycle - the extreme fatigue. Any advice or similar experiences? I could use some encouragement - just when I tell everyone how much better I have felt lately, I feel rotten again. So very frustrating.. Guest guest
Dear Anita, do not forget that IF you've had fatigue with your menses in the past that your body will re-trace them according to Hering's Law of Cures. That's well put to state " Extreme Fatigue Returned. " But it won't last as long nor be as severe. This too shall pass. ==>Hang in there Anita. The good days are increasing, so that is a plus. You are doing everything right. Bee > > Hi - > > I wondered if any women experience bad fatigue during certain times of the month and why this would be. Yes, I even have pain on ovulation. I get fatigued, irritable, the whole bit. It gets better on this plan though, so keep at it! Guest guest
hi anita~ like debby mentioned, i also get the fatigue and pain with some ovulation cycles. especially when i started the candida program, i was so tired all the time, but i could tell it was a 'good thing' even though it was no fun. the fatigue, to me, was such a clear indication of my body using its energy to heal. it came and went, but it did gradually ease up. i think its mostly for this reason we get the fatigue - the body is sending a very clear signal that says " lets rest for a while! we have some work to do here, so lets conserve our energy. " also, fatigue can be part of a hormonal flux (eg. during ovulation or menses), or a detox of residual caffeine making its way out. whenever you can, allow yourself the rest your body is demanding, it will help in your healing. make sure you're getting a full range of nutrients in your diet, especially those healthy fats, and take bee's recommended supplements. you're going to feel better soon!! ~ suz > --- " Anita P.
