Faith Please be utterly careful with psyllium.

About two years ago I went on a diet..some new book...and she

recommended lots of psyllium. I ended up in the ER in the middle

of the night with severe obstipation... The psyllium stuck in me like

concrete and was very hard to get removed...it packed so hard I could

not get anything else in or out except throwing up.

Probiotics never eat yeast. They create an environment in the colon

that is not conducive to yeast overgrowth.
