With the amount of fat we need to have in a day, how do people carry

it around in the day, especially with this heat? I took some in

an empty vitamin container today thinking it would stay liquid, but

it solidified and it was difficult to get out. Another time I had

some in a container thinking it had a good seal, but the fat

liquified and it seeped out. Any good solutions?

==>Elyse, I take my coconut oil with me in an empty glass cosmetic

container (I think it used to contain cold cream), which has an

excellent screw-on lid, and an extra seal inside the lid. When it is

liquid it doesn't leak!

mix all your fats together - coconut oil, butter etc or do you carry

them in separate jars?

==>Separate jars.
