Guest guest
WOW- that's really getting down to the root of the problem!! LOL That explains ... once I get the yeast completely under control and the cells rejuvenate and become normal, not rigid, then the thyroid and hormones could also go back to normal. Then there's hope of coming off thyroid support... one day. Crystal
Guest guest
Hi Bee. Wow, what a wonderfully clear explanation of the process at work (or rather, not working) when there's high levels of yeast toxins in the body. Now I have a better understanding. I appreciate seeing the link with insulin, too, as I'm working to keep my insulin resistance from escalating to diabetes. Thanks so much for sharing this information. It is a very big help. Kim M. I'll try to get the time to post some other goodies from that book because you all got so much from it! Luv, Bee

Sounds like a good book to have. Are there any others that you recommend? Thanks again, Jeanne Marie __________________________________________________

The book I quoted from " Back to Health " by Dennis W. Remington, M.D. & Barbara W. Higa, R.D. is very good for explaining how candida affects us, but it is sadly lacking in good diet information. So far I haven't found any Candida book that contains a good diet but there are many that explain other things about candida that will help you understand it better, including: " The Yeast Syndrome " by Parks Trowbridge, M.D. and Morton , D.P.M. " The Yeast Connection " by Dr. G. Crook. Luv, Bee
