I went to my doctor this morning for general physical, etc. My

first surprise was stepping on the scale to see I had lost 24

pounds!! Then while I had already known my blood sugar levels were

running normal (80-120) I was surprised to see my blood pressure was

120/70. This is with no meds. Other than levothyroxine I have

taken no meds since starting this program. Unfortunately the

thyroid replacement is essential as I had my thyroid removed in 1994

due to cancer.

Thanks Bee! I'm simply ecstatic. I came into this program hoping to cure the

candida overgrowth and get healthier. The weightloss is a really pleasant

bonus.

I have had the same doctor for years so she knows that I know my body. She is

also in charge of the intern and resident program at a local hospital; and has

always been a progressive thinker. I really didn't have to twist her arm much

to have her support me.
